ReplyDeleteI agree, it does impact business performance - in my current position at work I see the effects of coaching within individuals growth which reflects on organizational growth as well. The method to mitigate how an organization can train managers to receive proper training to become coaches is to first coach the managers, help them understand the benefits and see it for themselves. Then give them a guideline how to proceed with the others and how to identify issues and help their subordinates solve it.
